Join us on Sunday 2nd August at 11am for a deeply nourishing Woodland Plant Based Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath 🌿 This special, co-created experience blends guided meditation with immersive soundscapes, featuring live plant sounds, shamanic drum, crystal singing bowls, and gong - supporting you to realign with your inner world and natural rhythms. Surrender to the vibrations of live plant sounds woven throughout the journey to experience deep rest, stillness, and inner connection. Every sound journey is a unique blend of our own frequencies with those of the plants as we exchange our sacred sound languages. This is an invitation to soften, listen, and reconnect with the living field around you through sound, guided meditation, and deep rest. Paired with the healing frequencies of sound, this experience supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system balance. As you rest, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, where singing bowls and sacred sounds gently wash over you, helping release tension and bring you back into harmony. Just lie down, breathe, and receive.
