Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, a full refund of the total value of the product minus postage will be refunded or exchanged for the same total value of the product, upon presentation of a valid receipt within 14 days of the purchase. Only unopened and unused products will be accepted. Returns will be processed within 7 working days via Paypal in accordance with its refund policies. We deliver to UK addresses via the website normally within 5 working days of receipt. Here is a list of delivery charges:

The standard delivery is 2-7  service within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and between 7-10 days outside the UK depending on the destination.

In case the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking them to contact their local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure the receipt of the delivery or rearrange if needs be. Re-delivery will not be possible and the Purchaser will be refunded in full in case the items are returned to us.
