Introduction to Ayurveda 2-3Hrs On this fascinating course you will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of healing with nature. During this course, you will discover your unique dosha, or Ayurvedic body constitution type, your skin and hair profile and learn some of the techniques to balance your doshas through nutrition, exercise, skin and hair care. You will be guided through a simple Ayurvedic self massage technique leaving you feeling both relaxed and energised. Plastic Free Home 3-4Hrs On this course you are going to learn how to make cold process shampoo bars, washing powder, washing up liquid and general all-purpose cleaner. You are going to take away seven chunky bars of soap and one 200-300ml jar each of the rest. Plastic Free Kitchen 3-4Hrs On this day course you are going to learn how to make cold process soap, washing powder, washing up liquid and general all-purpose cleaner. You are going to take away seven chunky bars of soap and one 200-300ml jar each of the rest. Plastic Free Gift Making 3-4Hrs On this fun-filled day/two half days course you are going to learn how to make cold process soap, bath bombs, container candles and reed diffusers. You will also learn how to sustainably wrap your gifts and take away seven bars of soap, six bath bombs, three container candles and three reed diffusers.
